Property Spotlight.

If you feel that you want that extra push in marketing your property then you could consider placing it on our "Property Spotlight" area on each regions home page.

This website caters for all 10 regions of Scotland which are accessed by clicking on the most relevant button shown on the left of each page. A visitor will first be taken to that regions homepage before viewing any other pages. On that homepage we display just 3 properties from that region each month and these are represented by a small thumbnail photo of your property which, when clicked will take the visitor straight to your detailed property page.

This will often show a worthwhile increase in the number of potential buyers who view your property details online increasing further your properties potential in attracting a buyer as early as possible.

This facility is aimed at enhancing the marketing of properties that are already being sold through us and is not available as a single facility on its own.
